We are sad to leave Nolensville community due to staffing issues. However, our great team of Groomers and Bathers from Nolensville will now be located in our Franklin Salon and we have transferred any existing client appointments to the Franklin Salon.

Our Franklin shop is happy to announce we have moved to a new location. We are now located at 223 Bridge Street, Franklin, just around the corner from where we were.

Hey everybody, we just want to you to be aware of our No Show and Cancellation policies which you can find on our website.
Since returning to work on January 2nd, we have had 12 no shows in just 4 business days! We understand things happen and you may have forgotten, but we send out text message reminders to help avoid these no shows.
When somebody doesn’t show up for their appointment, it has a direct impact on your groomers income that work so hard to take care of all of your “fur babies” and it doesn’t give us enough time to contact someone on our waiting list to fill that slot, depriving a pet the opportunity to get a groom that day. We ask everyone to make every effort to give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can accommodate all of our customers and their owners.
