**Attention All Clients**
Due to an excess of last-minute cancellations, we ask that all clients please review our
No Show and Cancellation Policies located on our website.
When a client doesn't show up or cancels on the same day of their appointment, unfortunately, we don't have enough time to contact someone on our waiting list to fill that slot. Ultimately, this deprives another pet of the opportunity to get groomed that day and directly impacts your groomer's earnings.
We ask all clients to call our shop at 615-790-5071 at least 24 hours in advance to notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule!
If you cannot speak with one of us due to helping other clients, please leave a voicemail and we will update your appointment once received.
If we do not receive notice of your cancellation of the upcoming appointment within 24 hours, you may be subject to a no-show fee or cancellation fees. Emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
This is so that we can still accommodate other clients with their "fur babies" needs and your groomers can still support their families!

We are sad to leave Nolensville community due to staffing issues. However, our great team of Groomers and Bathers from Nolensville will now be located in our Franklin Salon and we have transferred any existing client appointments to the Franklin Salon.
If you are a Nolensville Client and need to make a new appointment at our Franklin Location, please call our shop 615-790-5071. You can also use the online scheduling portal!
Our Franklin Shop has all of our Nolensville Client information already available.
